Hwoarang TK3 patch

Ok this time I guess I wont got permission's problem cuz 1) I didnt get it when I put it online a time ago 2) the author is totally offline....

So, I present a patch for Hwoarang from TK3 by Silver. Basically it's an AI edit & I made some palette for him. This patch wa online a time ago as I said, bt the sendspace link died so I remaked a new link.

Also I added the Hwoarang stage by the same author, cuz it was offline too + music stage from Tekken3.

Hwoarang. I always liked how my favorite character from my first Tekken game was the first MUGEN char from Tekken. Thanks for the patch.

Really all need more Tekken chars and this Hwoarang is very hard to defeat mi amigo...I lose 10 times using my Kazuya and Ogre in Team  I hope to see more Tekken making by you mi amigo  this char rocks

To tell the truth I expected your comment boy ^^ I follow your work carefully, & amigo it's seems your Kazuya hasn't totally his AI activated, I believe your forgot  the state-3 part of "9741 state method"... if you need help with AI I'll be glad to help you
