He's stronger, can shoot webs, moves really fast.
Man bat can fly but man-spider would catch him before he flew away
as long as their not like in the middle of an open plane or desert.

Obviously, Man Spider is going to win because Man Bat isn't BATMAN, and Man Spider IS Peter Parker.

Okay, so Man Bat's strength is supposed to be double that of a good athletic man. Against Man Spider who is the strength of Spiderman (well above this) with six arms. So a direct battle for Langstrom is out of the question. Bat has an advantage in speed, but unfortunately it may be cancelled out by the spider senses. In this same way though, Man Bat may have some advantage in darkness, with his echo-location. But this still won't help him easily land blows on Man Spider.

In addition combat prowess is variable. If it is Man-Spider like Doppelganger, he has a much higher strength (25+ tons), but is about as dumb as they come. Man Bat is mostly conscious as Kirk Langstrom so long as the transformation isn't over a long period of time. Even so he isn't a tactician. As Peter Parker, he is of course a much more experienced and knowledgeable foe.

So:
Man-Spider (P Parker) vs Man Bat : Man-Spider due to spider senses, superior strength, webbing to slow down/immobilize flying and combat ability.

Doppelganger vs Man Bat : Doppelganger due to massive strength advantage, spidersenses, super sharp webbing and talons.
