Problem- It is a incontrolable chars, run by cpu.

Solution-
1.Well, when you're using Watch Mode in Mugen, at the start of the match, hold the CTRL key on your keyboard. While holding the CTRL key, press the 1 key. Then release your hold on both keys. Gouken should be usable.

2.If you want to use Gouken as a training dummy, do the aforementioned process to make the character? with which you want to lay a beat-down on him usable, and repeat said process, substituting the 2 key for the 1 key, to make Gouken defenseless.

Sorry, I can't do that. You have to communicate with the real Author.
But I know an way to use him.
Just open the cmd file with notepad. And then you can see some words like
" #!!***fff/*)(^%ll*!! " etc. Delete these word. Then you can use Gouken.
If you do it, You also can fight very easily against the Gouken.

i still cant figure it out, and i deleted everything that looks like what u posted and he still being controlled by the ai/cpu

go to charater folder click on def file lokk for: cmd = ai/Gouken.cmd ;Command set

Deleat ai/ and it uses the cmd file without the ai.
Works like a charm!

Or slightly modified version.But I think the other one is hi-res.

I think there is no need to make a sf4 gouken as early as possible for Chuchoryu.

that guy had a few good points but hinestly i think when cvs abstract finishes his gouken and it gets coded by the ex team that will be the best one out

I have this one.
sprites and animations do not convince me much, besides, some projectiles not even have transparency or afterimage effect.
I've been released finally my GoukenSSF'2 Plus style, you can download it in the M.U.G.E.N Releases section.
