How do you get a different Motif for Virtual Fighter lifebar

I saw in a video that life bar was blue and had a different time font could anyone help me change it thanks  ;)

Track the sprites... What ever the green lifebars sprite is find its image and group no. And then, replace it with the red and blue ones.
