Chart Legend:

• outline - inner apparel
• eyes
• hair
• scarf and belt
• Arm and shoulder straps, cipher handle and bottom foot soles
• Outfit
• Armbands, Legbands, belt, hook handle and bottom of cipher
• Cipher Blade
• Strider Symbol
• skin

What was shared by default:
Normally the hair skin straps and foot soles are shared
The scarf, symbol, red streak in the cipher are also shared.
The cipher sword, arm bands, belt, and leg bands are shared.

Lazy Capcom, and now they wanna deconfirm Hiryu in MvC3, F- You Crapcom!


Anyway I separated the redundant stuff that's shared that limits pal makers from doing their magic.

Yeah, giving the color seperation on a key like that, makes it easyer to play arround with the colors.

the painful part about color separating is that you have to do it for all character images in your sff.
My hiryu has over 1,300 images and 551 of them are hiryu himself
so i have to do it for all 551 images.

Use pspx3 and making a auto coloring script does help but still patience is needed.
In the end, all these custom pals will be worth it.
