I can't fit the Megaman arms in, they're too big for Jewelman's chestplate. However though, the head looks pretty good now. I mixed the old head with Geminiman and Hardman (SAR).

The only reason I returned to the old one is because I rate Elecman's eyes. The legchips are impossible to find, the only robot master I can think of that has them is Freezeman, and they're just a few pixels bigger than Jewelman's feet.

Glad you have interest in our Project here.
I see your trying to make Jewelman.  To make a Megaman character you really need to use Megaman as your base.  The legs, arms, and torso are exactly what you would need.
I took a try at making Jewelman myself.  Megaman sprites were my starting point.  I'm sure I'm not 100% correct on his design but you can get the idea of what we mean by our suggestions. 
If you looking to make a full character out of Jewelman and this helps you, your welcome to use it.  Enjoy and have fun.  :)

If you plan on making Jewelman and we are going to keep discussing and kick around sprites please feel free to create a new thread called Jewelman Discussion so we can post more in a new thread instead of this discussion thread.   :thumbsup:

Say, wasn't there a guy who made a Chill Penguin with MvC styled sprites? There was also a basic Hornetman if I'm not mistaken.

Hornet man is hand drawn and scaled down.  I don’t think it fits our style here.  We have the ok for chill penguin once we start adding mmx characters.

Ironcommando's Hornetman you mean? That was a pretty good character and I was shocked to find out he wasn't cheap either.

Here's a character suggestion: Data (Megaman Legends). Would be a great addition to the collection. To be fair I'm just seeking approval for the long term if I can put him.

IMO, as long as someone makes the sprites, I'm fine with any character except for OCs.

Perhaps one day we'll make an exception..  Right now there's so many great cannon robots to make why go the silly non cannon?
I think most of those designs for the "DOS" non cannon robot masters are really bad ripoffs anyway.  I said the same thing as a kid when I actually bought those games when I was in grammar school.  However there are a couple neat ones like Sharkman.  Most of the designs are laughable though. 
I could be wrong but I don't think people would be interested in playing the more laughable robots, like if I turned my Airman into Waveman..   :DxDie

The first game was supposed to be a Astroboy game before they scrapped the idea and turned it into something else. Aaaaaaaaanyway, I think guest characters are something we could look at later on, right now we should focus on Megaman characters.

Speaking of which, I've been thinking of what I'd like to see in this game in the future as far as characters go, staying on the realm of possibility/plauseability:

* At least one bot from each main numbered title in the classic series.
* Two or three characters from the main spinoff titles. We already have Quint and Rage sprited Enker so that covers the Megaman Killers, but I'd like to at least see one of the Stardroids from Megaman V (game boy). One of the bots from Wily Wars, Megaman & Bass or the Wonderswan game would be cool too.
* As far as X series go, I'd like to see the main characters (X, Zero, Sigma, Vile), at least one side-villain (Agile, Bit, Dynamo, etc) and two or three Mavericks.
* Anything beyond that (Zero, ZX, Legends) I just don't see happening, unless someone does some dark sorcery and convert SNK's Zero sprites into a CPS2 style.
