Character Sprite Problem

Well I was trying to make my own character in Fighter Factory he looks fine in FF but when I try to play him in MUGEN he does not have any sprites they just don't appear I got plenty full annoyed  \-/o with it. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?  ::salute::

Break Man
Total Progress: 85%
Character Sprites: 121/270
Effects Sprites: 492/492
Sound: 100%
Voice: 100%
Coding: 100%

Did you change your images to 8 bits (256 colors)?

I think I did I saved as a 256 bmp then opened it in photoshop and saved it as a pcx

Mmm... then maybe the axis for the char isn't the correct. Or maybe the anims in the air aren't done yet.

Did you save as a pcx in indexed mode?

Save as 256 pcx index color mode.

Apply to palette if using FF classic. If using Fighter Factory Ultimate, you can just bring it in and click shared palette as long as your character's colors match the 1st palette in there. Save the .sff, go to animations and add the sprites there.

Um photoshop can only save as PCX (when saving as PCX it has like bmp and other crap you get what I mean) I don't get to choose what kind of PCX oh well I think I find a way around my problem!

It's CHAOTIC's Protoman Sprite but I made it break man from MM3


In game the little pixels on the side do not jitter like that!

if you use FF sometimes there are same problems... check the flag "condivide palette" in any case changing them don't show changing in display FF but change in game.
generally i use photoshop to save in bmp 256 colors and conveet the image in pcx only with FF.
