Well, as I saw what u was more interested in this wip, Angelm,.... well I readed all the topic XD & I have 1 suggestion  L-) which can btw be used also for willy fang's one XD
So I thought that as Shen long is a non existent char in Street fighter but still a legend, u can make a transparent palette/mode for him; u know as  the Reu's Evil Ryu edit called "Dead Ryu".... in this case we will call this palette/mode "Shenlong spirit"... :P
Also please dont forget the aura as u made for the precedent version lol

Guys, I've been thinking of a special Intro against Akuma since in the SF3 Sheng Long Joke said that his hates is Akuma...



But I'm still thinking about  :-X

U're right Wii fang, Sheng Long should have an intro against: Gouki, Gouken -"Are u my clone?" or something like this XD, cuz remind that Sheng Long is supposed to be Ryu's Master before authors thought to Gouken's creation - ;maybe Goutetsu & against Ryu too (after all the Sheng long's quote was from him).

Sean's throw for sheng long is not a bad idea indeed...

That is true but it was rumored that Sheng Long is Ryu's Master.......But it turns out Gouken was the one who taught them........

My Pocket Sheng Long have this move too...  :-w
and is suppose that this shoryuken electrify the enemy, just like Blanka electric attack

Sheng Long throws red fireballs faster than Sagat, and he has a spin kick deadlier than Chun Li's.
Sheng Long can even grab the foe out of the air and throw him to the floor.

My Sheng Long is going to have red fireballs and I do plan on added the electric shoryuuken.

Huh.... it's true that we should think on a throw not only for Shenlong wips but also for Goutetsu wips.... ^-^

I suggest that an head breaker like Heihachi Mishima in Tekken serie could be cool to see in Shenlong or in Goutetsu.
