The Asgardian God Himself in the Ultimate.

I NEED HELP!!! I NEED A CODER!!
i can do animations but thats as far as my knowledge takes me
anybody please help this would be such a good character. If your interested in helping me PM me for more details.

i Used i Urien mixed based because i believe that Thor and Urien carry themselves the same way.
The stance is just a quick one of 4 sprites that i did last night I need to make about 2 more to make it more fluid. C+C thanx

P.S I want this to be a community W.I.P so tell me what you want for hypers and general things thanx

The slogan at Infinity may as well be, "if you build it, the coder will come", we have a lot of programmer who would be willing to help once you get the sprites pretty far along.

Some Avengers as helpers would be nice. Also I always thought Thor should be able to electrocute ppl when they touch him like Blanka does in Street Fighter.

- Those are awkward positions on his arms and legs for a stance.
- Full-on Urien base won't look a little too common?
- His shading could use a touchup, especially in the chest discs and the boots.
- His hair looks like Jessica Rabbit.

With all things considered, it needs a bit of work before you rush to the production line. All the same, if you make it, they will come. Make a spritesheet first - someone'll find it, like it and code it eventually.

I'm Working on the hair and what do you mean about the arms and legs i think they look good. And what do you mean full on Urien base a little to common. and i need some help spriting hair

I mean Urien base is becoming really common - might want to edit him a bit more. And about the arms and legs, I don't mean how they look, I'm referring to their positions. Stand that way, and tell me if you'd fight somebody from that stance, with your hip out, one arm halfway up and the other holding an invisible cup.

Anyway, I curr because I care. It'd be cool to have an Ultimate Thor - take your time, and re-evaluate a few things before you go full-steam on a sprite sheet. You'll do fine; just mind the details. Good luck.

Working on Thor.....my hats off to you, making a character like Thor has got be be one hell of a challenge but if you can pull it off you will definetaly make a name for yourself in mugen. I say that because Loganirs work has inspired many to perfect there creations and stay here to share there awesome creations with others like ourselves, and when you think of thor mugen, you think loganir. I hope you can make us a different side of Thor that kicks butt!! Just like Zvitor did with Spider-man!!

Well looking at Aquaman 2 Captain Marvels, Batista, and several others you can see the concern with using another base other than good ole Urien. I think you can still use it, but your walks, some punches, and stance youll want to piece together using other sprites.Try using Remys head, an arm from a Guile, or sagat, ect on your stance and see how it goes.

IMO the stance and size and stance are all wrong. Should be more muscular looking with more definition.

ok but my point still stands about the muscle tone. Thor totes around a hammer and is ripped. The sprites just dont fit IMO.

It was a valiant effort , but since you are going with that style you should just use Remy's head since it is so similar to the look you want .

but remy's head is a different style than what i'm looking for this is what i want mine to look like

this marvel of a sprite was done by camo. I can't seem to locate him on any mugen website if you guys can find him so i can talk to him that would be great and btw does any body know what base he used?

Seems to be Urien's upper body, Alex's boots, not sure about the legs (could be Alex as well). In any case, I'm pretty sure Camo's a member of this forum.
