What does "Order" do?

ok, in the mugen game, in the select.def file, there is an option to "Order" something. like if i had Megaman, Stages/Guile.def, order=3

what does that exsactly do?

Well at the very bottom of the select file, you'll get a part thats simular to this

The part where
arcade.maxmatches=
and then numbers, well those are rounds and order groups.
Having order=1 or 2 or even 10 will determen what group order they will show up in, in arcade mode, and the maxmatches will determen how meny fights of that group you'll go though on arcade mode, if you have it set up to all 1 like i do there, then you can make sure you have one battle with every group, I usualy set up order 10 to be boss characters.

also if you want a character to never show up in arcade mode while you fight, you can set them to order 0

The default order is order 1 sor your thing will probably look like

arcade.maxmatches= 10,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0

Thats 10 matches for order group 1 and no fights with any other order.

But you can change it to whatever you want.

I have a little question if I do

Vega, stages/meson_de_la_taberna.def, order =1

I will fight (for sure) Vega on Vega's stage on arcade ,
but if I play on arcade as Vega will I fight all the arcade game on Vega's stage?
