CPU takeover

There are certain chars that I cant play with because the cpu takes over.

Char: Hayato, Gouki, Wolverine, Evil Ryu by vyn
EOH Evil Ryu, Wonder_Woman, Spiderman 2.0 and Sanders 7113 chars.

Those get taken over by the cpu and i dont know what to do.  I there any way to get rid of this.
