Why the hell do people make their chars so f**k** loud?
Even with the volume of the music turned up most of them drown it out.
Is there any way to lower the volume of the chars without lowering my music level?

Well you could edit all the playsound codes so that the volume is lower there, though i havnt noticed much of a difference. Best bet is to actualy extract the sounds and use an audio editor and lower the volume levels there, then put them back into the snd file.

well some characters such as pots or rei need simple cns editing, open the cns file look for volume, set it to something
like -10 or -15, this should do it for most characters, but pots characters needs you to enter the states folder, because
some of the super moves have high volume, make a copy of these files first then open the states files, and look for
volume=200, edit this every time you it, that should do it.

Thanks, I'm just bearing with it, I have way too many chars to do that for all of them. I know it'll help for people with fewer chars though so thanks for posting
