This is more MUGEN related than a general topic, I keep telling people I should be a mod, I can fix these things!  Lol!

A mod position is earned not asked for.

When IMT goes to get a new mod we make a topic asking for what people that the staff recommend, debate on deferent qualities such as activity, respect and kindness to other members, etc... Then one of the admins would send a PM to ask if the person would want the position or not.

BTW, asking makes it harder to get the position(I learned this when we had the phpBB forum). Also topic is moved.

EDIT: Now ontopic: I don't really like rap so its not my taste in music sadly.
