Random Music for stages?

is it possible to make a stage or char have a random background song?
i've tried things like...

[Music]
bgmusic = sound\*.mp3
bgvolume = 255

hoping * would signify random, but no.
is it possible so i dont have to designate a song for every stage/char?

Well, I attended Juilliard. I'm a graduate of Harvard Business School.
I travel quite extensively. I lived through the Black Plague and I had
a pretty good time during that.
I've seen The Exorcist about 167 times!...
and it keeps getting funnier every single time I see it!
Not to mention the fact that you're talking to a dead guy!
