MUGEN Story Mode Issue: Cannot Find Character char/1/1

Just downloaded MUGEN Story Mode and I keep getting this issue: "Cannot find character char/1/1"

Can someone explain what the problem is and how to fix it? Almost all tutorials online are in Spanish, so I don't really understand what to do.

I have created a Story with the Story Creator, but when I try playing it, the game crashes and tells me "Cannot find character char/1/1"
