What game are these from?

I figured if i can figure out what game these are from i could find more sprites of these mechines and i would have something to work off of to get the Sniper Joe Ride Armors

The first one looks like Tails' ride armor in Sonic Adventure 2. The second one is one of the mechs from that mission in Megaman Legends 1 or it looks like it.

Hm. The first one looks like what BigJ said. The second one is Baby Bonne (sans the real baby Bonne) from Megaman Legends 1.
And I don't know if it's just me, but both sprites look like they were hand drawn.
