Play a game made for 1280x720 at 1920x1080

 downloaded the mugen game dragonball: battle of z...is great but, when i open it on my pc i cant play it completely fullscreen...because is a game made for a resolution of 1280 x 720...if i put 1920x1080 (my resolution)..i see the battles perfectly fullscreen..but the selection screen and main menù are not completely visible.

How can i do to play the battle fullscreen and to see the menù and the characters selection screen? THANK YOU!

You should open data folder, then open mugen.cfg with a text editor like notepad.
