If you look at it as a game on its own, it looks VERY good, and I'm basically going to think of it as a DMC prequel. Let the game come out before you hate it.

i can agree with that...ill gamefly it though when i get my account back. it didnt hit my gut like i NEED to play it like how i feel about prototype 2 The like DMC overfanboy inside is saying wahh wahh hes looks corny as a young dante

But as a gamer in general the action looks cool though, cant front on that^^

Aww, I think the fast gun shooting is automatic. I remember I was actually disappointed (sort of) when DMC3's guns would fire at max speed if you just tapped fairly quickly. In DMC1 I mashed the circuits out of the shoot button. I actually had to rest my thumb .

Other than that this looks real good. Looks like all the old DMC combos are there. I could hardly fight effectively with Nero (although I did like DMC4 a lot).

I've always thought that Ebony and Ivory sounded like an Assault rifle . I hope I can see Alastor in this game too, it's a pretty cool sword.
