Lol yeah, it's a Japanese McDonald's commercial. Kids are "overjoyed" about the Sponge Bob toys talking when they drink through the straws, lift the cup, etc. One of those zany commercials you see here and there...but even I gotta abit I think they went abit overboard no matter how cool those toys are to kids

it's cool i usually don't but I'm not feeling too good for the past week and i got made in fun of when i was in elementary and high school for being Chinese so yea...

@Acey that's katakana? o_o i thought that was hirigana (they look similar to me don't know the difference)

Yup, absolutely Katakana, it says "Happy Set" which is apparently the Japanese version of "Happy Meal".
