why won't character work.

Ok I'm doing poison Ivy. I'm using the narutorial's I did every single step it said and my character doesn't work. why? I have been trying everything I could use to make a character. but the character never works and I'm getting  and

be more specific about your problem.

You've mentioned making Poison Ivy, Black Manta, Toxin, and Spider-Carnage. Try to get one char working first before making a whole project. But you really have to be more specific about your problem. Do you have all of the correct files? If so be specific about the mugen error. I'm sure it doesn't just say "character doesn't work".
