Gouken sig author

Does any one know who the author is of the Gouken sig that is out there?  Its the one with the blue gi and grey belt.  I'm spriting a Gouken for fun and I looked at his for reference, I didn't use his sprites (Got them from zwiefuss sight).  Basically get rid of Akuma's hair , add a beard.  I just looked to see how the hair and beard move. His skintone is dark like Akuma's and has the same color gi.  I just wanna make sure its okay with him and that he knows in case I make a full fledged character.

Well, I talked to another fellow who says its a guy named Doy.  I'll try and get ahold of him.  Anywho, I hope I posted this right but here is the sig.

Compare.  I used SF3 Akuma as a base (which is a no brainer) erased his hair, drew the beard and scar.  Used the avatar as reference.  I know I didn't get the beard the same, I'm just trying to get a similar motion with the beard.  I've seen other Gouken sprites where they just draw a line for the beard and it looks bad.  I was impressed with the sig and the way it moves so I wanted to do the same with my sprites.
