cyberbots char

This is a beta version of e Cyberbots char I'm making (edit of Kong's Lightning). It's essentially ment to be a base for patches for Kong's chars, so it may lack new features and overall be to similar to Kong's work...

The char is moreless done, but lacks custom AI (a big problem in this case) and code cleaning
