I'm butt at spriteing so im just gonna take about his moves. Y not recreate the Roulette, depending on the button layout u set it can be one button to activate or 2. I havent played the game myself but from the vids it looks like u can just walk up to somebody and do it, u have to hit them first, the same would go for how im thinking the mugen verison of it should go. If the roulette starter punch hits, changestate to the state that causes the freeze and variable setting or button combo to activate each roulette move. I havent fully thought this out seeing as I read this for the first time 2day, just wanted to know if u were interested in recreating the Roulette.
