Jin saotome throw problem

Hey guys, this is my first time posting on this forum.I would really be appreciate it if someone know how fix to Jin's throw.When you preform the move,he takes himself and the opponent off screen and they don't reappear.It doesn't happen all time though.Its' really annoying ~X(
