Need help with Kong's Gambit

What's up guys? There's a bug with Kong's Gambit that I really need help fixing if anyone knows how. If you do a dash backwards with x+y and then do it forward right away, he just continuously rolls in the air until he gets hit. It happens every time, and I'm sure it's just an easy fix. Thanks for any help you guys have.
