Ok this an update for the former Colonel William F. pretty much everything has been re-done. I think he is finally acceptable. Hope you enjoy

well pretty cool diffrent way of doing a super

some of the moves are pretty cool aswell i have to make my own somersault justice

wow. he is really really really uber tough. i put him against the flash, mvc guile and charlie, thor, rogue, date masamune and he totally pwned them. and would have pwned magneto if magneto didnt resort to flying up in the air. great char!!!

Somersault Justice sounds great. I wouldn't mind seeing that super included in Guiles arsenal.

Thanks, I got some feed back on the first version. So I tried to correct all of those mistakes on this version.

do the low somersault two times fast then do it with the high kick and boom there ya go

omg. i put him against infinitys ironman and warmachine and he totally pwned them, then against cable and deadpool and they didnt even stand a chance. then the real test. strider and hayato and they barely held their own against him. i must say he is very very good

His Heavy Attacks Have Low HitVelocities.
The Tornado Is Still Weird Since It Does So Many Hits And Makes This Really Repetitive Noise Each Time It Hits.
The Somersault Leaves Guile Open For A Whuppin'. It's Cool Down Time Makes His Look Liek Hes In Space. :O
The D, B, a Kick Frenzy Is Weird Cuz' It Has Low Cool Down Tymez.
