There is this one but the authors name is not in the files. Looks like an edit of Reu's. It has 2 "Dark" palettes.

Yea, but it shares a normal Ryu form like I said, but it's still counts as an Evil Ryu.

EDIT: Also, LimitedMoon's Ryu shares an evil form too.

I see, those are the the HOLD START kinda chars. I was about to say I dont have them but I do.

Im talking about chars distinctly made as Evil Ryu. Nothing with state changing. Im talkin about the overhyped Prefix Ryu's.

Oh god. If I was able to find every mugen forum from every country I would have to say over 9,000, simply because Evil Ryu is one of the most overused characters in SFA3 and the CvS series.

I just found out I have 35 Ryu's, 19 Ken's & 21 Akuma/Gouki's thats not counting Fighter Factory chars or My mugen of non Capcom chars.

As far as I've seen "Phantom" Ryu was just a name change some youtubian did to an old version of my char, which already had an EX aerial Hadouken for Ryu and Zankuu Hadouken (Gouki's) for Evil Ryu.

@PotS: yeah man, i know. however is so funny how  there was a season where all the peeps requested it.
there also the case of the "phantom ryu" wich was a transparent pal of Reu's evil ryu. XD
