Zune Help

does anyone have a zune?  i have a program that is called xilisoft video converter.  When i want to convert it i go to the choice for zune format.  But when it finishes converting it shows up in the zune collection and when i try to play the file the movie is blank and then when i play it within the converter program it works perfectly so can someone help me with this problem.  I hope i put this in the right section
