I have an old base code Im editing with permission, but it makes the character flash like Hayato does where it creates an icy looking energy effect at times during movement, and on specials. What part of the coding does this, and how would I set it to normal so it doesnt light up my char?

palfx coding i believe
i really dont know much of it, i only used it to make my character turn a certain color when doing a move.

Now would that show up under the various states individually or does fall under one state usually?

I spose I could Control F and search PALFX

the palfx, is an state that can be coded, on a statedef, to make the color easyly you can use fighter factory on the cns, on the left side there is a pallete that says fx, click and then modify the values :thumbsup:
