AvX Hyper Backgrounds

I have 2 questions regarding the hyper background logos for AvX:



1.) Who made them and how? Because I'd like to have more like them for other Characters. ( DC, Street Fighter, Capcom, Darkstalkers, Etc.)  I'll even try to make them myself if I can.

2.) I'm making a Jubilee character, am I allowed to use the X-MEN logo sprites for her as well?

ZVitor made the ones in X-Men Second Coming, then using his style I made the ones used in Avengers vs. X-Men. They are only 4 frames of static, colorized with a logo on top. Feel free to use the current A (Avengers) or X (X-Men) ones as you please.
