you Can run Linux Mugen.

You need to get linux running on the ps3 first.
It's a time consuming process and you need an extra keyboard and mouse since you going to need to get everything set up. I suggest first watch some tuts on putting Linux on ps3 THEN try getting linux mugen, since i can run chankast and mame.
