1. What file governs the profile picture/avatar of my fighter? That is, what do I do if I'd like to change/swap my character's select screen pic?
2. How do I go about increasing the round count for my bouts from best of 3 (first to 2 wins) to best of 5 (first to 3 wins)?
3. Why doesn't the damage handicap modifier in the options menu seem to effect the damage handicaps in uneven team verses matches, even when I change its threshold to zero (from 100) in data> mugen CFG file?

change it with fighter factory
2-check the fight def for that

Could some MUGEN savvy gentleman(/woman) ;) be kind enough to give me answers to these few questions:
