Title: How to work with transparent colors and photoshop?

Hello to all the staff that makes IMT posible. I would like to ask if there is a way to make transparent colors (for my char) with photoshop?. The problem is that i dont have paintshop pro to make my Bg colors transparent and that is pissing me off. Thanks

 

EDIT: I think that i found the solution for my problem. Anyway, thank you who tried to help me and couldn't find anything to help me.
