Looks good, but have you ever though of a triangluar pattern? Like putting the logos in a Triangle formation and putting just the one VS in the center?

I like the logo better with out the circle , now that I see it .You could always diversify your slots. 1000, 500, 250, and something else.

I would suggest turning the logo into an animation rather than a single sprite, then making it a translucent A2, that would clean up the black edges and make it look spectacular.

That came out better than I expected in my head. The DC logo seems a bit too big and not so huge on the VS, don't wanna impeed on the other logos. Also lower the Marvel and Capcom logos a bit, and that would look hot!

Why I'm up this late I don't know but it just dawned on me, the VS isn't as sharp as the other logos because it's blown up quite a bit. Maybe if you could shrink it down a bit and sharpen it (re-border and repaint the letters and clean up the circle's edge), it'd look alot cleaner and a whole lot better. The DC logo's still off-center, slide a little more to the right.
Edit: 4:30 am.
I tried making a logo similar to that one but resized. It came out ok but when I saved it, I loss so much color it came out like crud.

Can you see it? Having the logos in those positions:
1. Make's the name naturally read "Marvel vs DC vs Capcom"
2. Puts a natural position for the DC logo.
3. Putting Capcom in bottom center pays a little homage, since nearly all DC and marvel Mugen characters are done in Capcom style.
4. Changing up the order should keep the guys at Scruffy from saying you just ripped off their logo. Got your best interest in mind here.

Yeah, I was going to use that music for the intro, bro it fits perfectly, anyways here is the premilary selection screen:

Note mostly everything in this is going to be animated the background, the portraits backgrounds, added effects, the cursors etc.

thats gonna require custom small portraits. if you're gonna go the custom route, I'd suggest ditching the big portraits backgrounds and just having the character's upper body there, facing each other.

See, it's looks like it's saying DC vs MARVEL-CAPCOM instead of DC vs MARVEL vs CAPCOM, plus it puts the DC in a prominent place with is in a sense unwarrented since most DC characters are Marvel mods in Mugen.
Not to rag on the style because it looks really nice and not to toot my own horn cause all I did was give suggestions, but this logo to me works better.

remove the VS from the bottom of the DC logo, and make it bigger and put it behind all three logos. so it says DC MARVEL CAPCOM with a huge VS behind it.
then you can even make it small and have it spin on loading screens.

I give you ^^(PM)^ ^^(PM)^ ^^(PM)^ and XD||I saw the versus screen and can't help but be impressed! ^^(PM)^
Thanks for all the comments and support guys they are all very helpful!! Anyways, what is left to do is to make the other motifs and the lifebars hopefully lol!!
