There's a Chameleon for mugen that has the moves of various MK assassins (or Ninja, if you want, although they aren't ninja).
There's a Johnny Cage that can transform into and from Sabrewulf
There's Nakozuki by Cerenas, who has her own moves, as well as some moves from a few other Samurai Showdown characters.
There was this female character I forgot the name of where almost every time she attacked, she's transformed into another female fighter.

Depends on what kind of combination you're talking about.
There's a Chameleon for mugen that has the moves of various MK assassins (or Ninja, if you want, although they aren't ninja).

DAMN, I had her, burned her to a disk and now cant find the disk!! Her name was Mugena!! \-/o
