ummmm.............no.

I was making some changes to the site and out of boredom just figured I do what you all seen earlier just to get some sh*t started and get a laugh out. It was done out of sarcasm, not intentionally.

Anyway with that out of the way, I had a long talk with various people from different areas in mugen related fields (Legit and non legit sites) and some of my own staff and after some thinking, researching and drawing conclusions and getting plenty of sleep in between, I wanted CSIII to start over again. No I am not changing forums, no one has to re register or anything like that, I just want a community where there is no pressure, stress, and everyone can be happy or at least try to.

Yeah a pipe dream, but dreams can come true if you work towards it hard enough, even if it don't fully come true, part of it can if you really try hard.

.:OK? What does all of this means for Club SyNdicate?:.

As many know, heard, or recently found out. We were attacked twice by two different groups of people a couple of months back once the new version of this site got started. In response to the two attacks I took drastic measures and basically vented out on all outsiders due to frustration and making my boards alot more strict than normal as well as closed to guests, forced registration to access downloads, banning users with no post counts in a weeks time, etc. At the time I was so pissed about the two incidents I almost started to not care anymore and lashed out at anyone, even some of my regular members and staff.

I recently had an altercation with a few people at 1emulation.com (http://www.1emulation.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=25404) because on that site, I seen someone post a topic involving the word warehouses/warehousing. The topic got ugly after a while but later down the line things kinda worked itself out due to both sides realizing it was a big misunderstanding and me thinking that 1emulation was about to become a warehouse, anyway like I said it was a huge miss understanding and the topic came to a peaceful end and I also learned something as well from one of the members there as well who happens to be affiliated with 1emulation (http://www.1emulation.com/forums/index.php?s=&showtopic=25404&view=findpost&p=258544) which is a big reason why I am doing or have done what you all are about to read below.

Guys believe it or not and after what I read from the links Valodim showed me about the changes and our conversation, I understand the changes and why its more open to the community. Also MFG in my honest opinion is not a warehouse. If you want to see my view on this then read this link again (http://www.1emulation.com/forums/index.php?s=&showtopic=25404&view=findpost&p=258544) and there you see I pointed out things that did seem out of the ordinary and sorta obvious but it was properly explained and the explanations were understandable.

.:Umm, ok but still, what does this have to do with CSIII?:.

As I stated earlier, I want CSIII to have that same open feeling and less stress to the users as well who enjoys mugen and just want to be apart of a community without no headaches. So with that said, I am removing all restrictions from the site, guests will have access to the forums and downloads, no token system needs to obtain downloads. Mugen contributors who are on this forum who makes stages, pals or whatever and needs a place to host their works like in the past can freely use the downloads system to promote their work and direct people to obtain them without the need for use the shop or forced registration. The same can go for creators and such as well.

Good News for you RedNavi, Your Second version of CVSW will be openly available when its ready. Same for you as well Gold with your palettes.

Thats basically the main reason why I am doing this because I have to think about the people on my site as well who wants their works to be openly available or want to mirror their works as well. I was depriving them of that with the site being so strict.

.:SyN, This will mean random people will come here just to leech materials in the downloads and wont bother to join:.

Can't have everything you want now can you. I don't want to force ppl to join anymore. I want users to join out of their own will. I know, it sounds like I all of a sudden got soft, but think about it, if I forced registration on users, most likely they will do it just to download stuff then next thing you know, they will leech everything from the downloads and go to a random warehouse site and upload the materials just to get credit for making it available and reduce traffic from the original site. To be honest, I don't care anymore. Don't get me wrong but to this day I despise warehouses and warehousers still, but the main reason why its done because of sites being so strict and closing their resources to the public, basically to have a better chance of avoiding it if it was openly available where anyone can obtain it, you will find links to the authors site in such sites where the materials are located rather than file sharing links. I know thats not always likely but in most cases it happens like that for I seen it for myself. Also I would like to point out that what I just said was one of the reasons why MFG made its changes and it made sense to me.

With all of that said I welcome everyone back to Club SyNdicate v3.2 Extreme as an open and public M.U.G.E.N. and Gaming community.

-All bans are lifted
-Guests can freely visit the any part of the site and access our materials
-We have alot to offer to the average user
-A starter guide an a code archive of our own
--Various mugen works by our community members
--Teamspeak and Ventrilo Voice chat servers for communication
--Our own Emulinker/Kaillera server for online gaming with various emulators where gamers can compete and tourneys are held as well.

There are forum Rules to be followed still, Many of them are sticked in various topics and the rules thread. Just because of the sudden change does not mean anything goes. Just respect the forums law and don't take advantage of the site.

Lets drop the madness and enjoy ourselves.
