Title: adding sprites

i'm sorry if this was asked before but i find it rather tasking to search through 44 pages of help threads with my pitiful  connection speed.

what is a reliable method of importing sprites into an sff? because usually fighter factory screws up the picture when i add an image.

To add images to the sff, you need to have them on pcx (256 colors)

You need to have them on Indexed mode and pcx
