DarkRiem's Megaman is a monster... when you use the hyper rockman/megaman your enemy is dead....
any ideas how to make that hyper weak?

Just Find The hyper In The CNS and Reduce  the damage.

ive tries to edit the power add and still nothing happens?

No you need to lower the damage.

Look for the certain move in the cns.

Now find the hitdef for that certain move and look for damage.

Then just lower the number down to whatever you like.
