It's not being released for another year (exactly another year: Fall 08')
The game is based off the 1984 film.

I found out about the game earlier when I was talking to an employee at my local Gamestop.

This game looks pretty good so far.
Kind of Resident Evil 4 - Gears of Wars-ish.
