It is THAT good. The weapons are really fun to use, and the fact that you can take pictures of killer zombies makes it one of the best 360 games out there.

It has a high replay value and the graphics are awesome not like if it matters much though.
The Gameplay is what shines in here, you can do LOTS of things like use Katanas, Lightsabers, MegaBuster, Shotguns, Chainsaws, etc.
Then there's techniques like neckbreaking, Giant Throw, Suplex, Face Crusher, Disembowel, RoundHouse Kick, Spin Attack( Double lariat in the game I believe ), etc.
And you can take pictures FOR FUN if you want to, it's just to gain more Experience or Prestige Points. These give you Erotica, Outtake( Funny ), Gore, etc. points.
And then there's the Psychopaths who add lots of fun to the game ranging from a crazy Clown with 2 Chainsaws and some Convicts with a MachineGun or a Fat Perverted Cop. Each one of 'em with their theme music and Special Weapons.
And there's more, when at night, Zombies increase in numbers A LOT, while they're quite sluggish and dumb at day time at night their eyes turn red and they become more agressive, They can Bite, Slash, Grab and Use items( Knifes, Sticks, Guns although they don't shot 'em ) on you or even do you a 69!
Another thing is that there are different endings depending on how you do on the 3 day span you have to survive, don't worry if you die, you can start a new game and take all the Lv progress to another file.
The only bad thing about it is Stupid Otis who keeps calling you and never to shut up, if you cut him he'll call you again just to tell you how rude you were and then tell you the same sh*t from start, second bad thing is the Survivor's AI, they're stupid as hell, they'll go directly to the most Zombie Crowded areas when you give 'em a weapon and they never do exactly as you say sometimes they even attack you if you get too close, that's when you FaceCrush 'em. :)
And the best in the world is using a Serv-Bot hat, It rocks! :)
In the end, Yes it's the best of the 360 and one of those WORTH BUYING THE CONSOLE JUST FOR THAT GAME. You can download some extra stuff by conecting to Xbox Live like new Clothes and Stuff too!
