Sorry to say this but Arthurs characters file are not in the ace file. The stage looks nice however.
As always Acey, great great work, dedication, and lots of love went into making this. Congrats on your public release and Happy Birthday to you :thumbsup:

well what do we have here? a truly epic char? could be! however:
-the opponet doesnt go as high as you when you super jump off of the medium punch
-i dont think you are supposed to superjump there are you?
- the lance hyper feels unfinished because of the way it hits the oppnet. i feel it should have more impact but thats my
opinion
-the horse special doesnt hit the opponet off the ground if he falls, once again dont know if that was supposed to be
like that
-the "Ghosts n goblins" hyper background dissapears to late.
- the chaining of normal moves seems off
-the AI, well its pretty good. but the AI abuses super jump, as in not as a evade strategy.
over all not bad for a beta(i assume) and i know the next version will not dissapoint.
one last thing. my compliments to the person who drew/edited all those sprites.

I just found a few problems.
*His QCF+2P super with the torch is severely overpowered.
*In his QCF+2P super without any weapons, the final strike has no hitsound.
*His aerial raving capabilities are a bit screwed up, kind of like Hulk 2099.
Other than that, solid character.
afew things
Medium punch,i think more than one punch launcher is enough and for it to be medium punch only when holding a large weapon i find it very odd, when he has a small or no weapon he can do a super jump by holding up but the opponent doesnt get launched for the medium punch
his foward dash/hop looks sort of odd maybe a different animation than his foward jump would suffice
check states 995/996/998: has some debug errors there (might have to do w/ floats)
state 3000: needs a helper from state 3001 (debug flood for that move)
his attacks have infinite priority, look at his clns make sure that behind the red clns are blue ones so that his limbs can be hit while he attacks
2 more things, lol
-Sometimes when Arthur wins, no winpose is displayed.
-The D, DB, B kick move seems pointless to me since he already hes a sweep (down and HK). Also, that moves would probably look better with dust coming from behind his foot instead of after images. I dont know, the move itself just doesn't seem Arthurish.

First of all grats on ur birthday and the release of Arthur!
Now for some on the fly feedback for a quick training mode session (more later)
- His torch Hyper does to much damage (almost a whole lifebar?!)
- His Horse Hyper is glitched (he stays on it :s )... NEVER MIND THIS IS IN TRAINING MODE ONLY my bad soz
Another amazing char!! I love how he plays.
Some things
-I'm sad because his hypers don't have anything to do with the original special attacks he had :( When I did the D, DB, B 2 punches I was hoping for his lightning attack while he has the lance out, and the other specials I cant remember right now while he has the other weapons out.
-IMHO the logo in the super BG doesn't blend in well as it should.
-The flames that hit the floor for the torch seem too small to me. Especially for an MVC styled char O_o
-I think that the crouching HP and the crouching MP should be reversed.
-some of the super BGs have transparent backgrounds it seem? I just find it weird that I can see part of the stage because the super BG has some parts cut out due to transparencies.
Very nice char, you and Sludge did an amazing job. This is a good year for Mugen, Arthur deserves a nomination for char of the year =D> Oh and Happy Birthday :)
I found something wrong with the stage though =/
characters can't go all the way to the end of the left side of the stage, which brings up a problem.
Characters can just use LP in that corner as infinites (any character). And when Arthur does his horse hyper in that stage He'll get stuck at the left side of the stage. Unable to get hit while on the horse.

Thanks to everyone who waited so kindly for the release of Arthur. I hope everyone is happy with the work Sludge and I put into this character. There is a readme file that explains the moves and AI control. I have also included Arthur's MvC-EoH stage so you'll have that to use in your own mugen.

the guy in yellow is "the sentry" he is from marvel comics he is kinda like there superman type char.....but crazy lol :)
