Fixed an issue that was preventing the character from running in Mugen 1.0.

I love your mugen character and also I found an infinite attack with ATTACK+ DOWN well you saw the live stream I did a 17 hit combo when she rapid her stab in mid air, this only effect it id you pin your Player 2 in the corner  :DxDie

@OldGamer I posted over at MFG that I would limit it for the next update. I didn't even know you could hit with that move so many times. You just never know what people are going to find with your characters till you let them try it lol.

@DEMONKAI I saw your PM & i'll think about making one of those turtle characters. Can't make any promises right now because I have a lot of projects already in the works.

Oh for sure you know I understand how it is with projects backed up lol im still backed up a good 3 characters now half done smh. since ive become a new dad i havent going back to em yet ;*)). but yeah man that was just a lil dart to toss at ya ;). I think much later on when youre clear an Ultimate version of any one of those TMNT TF characters youd do make cool. i look forward to it :)
