Added hidden chain, Seagulls, boats move, cloud movement & moving water. Also added a slight 3D effect to the ocean for the Mugen 1.1 version.

There's some distortion on the dock cleats during movement.
Do you think it's possible to separate them from the floor to avoid it somehow?

I liked the result, but the floor parallax is wrong. If you pay attention, the vanishing point from the floor is different from the vanish point of the sea.

Stage has been updated. Barrels & crates have been separated & placed on there own delta. The weak was made by Vegaz Parrelli.
