From the SNES game Ranma 1/2 Chounai gekitou hen (Neighborhood Combat)

Quick moveset:

Baton Twirl
command = ~D, DF, F, x

Multi punches
command = ~D, DF, F, y

Rose Petal Shower
command = ~D, DF, F, a

AI is optional, just change in def file "Kodachi.cmd" by "KodachiAI.cmd"
