Title: Zatanna by Chimoru & JohnnyDC Only Has 1 Palette!!

Whenever I'm playing Zatanna by Chimoru & JohnnyDC, the character only has 1 palette yet when I check the .def file and fighter factory the character has more than one default palette??

This is the first time I've experienced anything like this and I don't know if mugen 1.1 is the cause or not??

Post by: Cyanide on September 07, 2015, 04:52:09 AM: Without downloading. The character is probably designed for winmugen. It also probably has its own common1.cns file. That particular file will be missing, or, if it is there and has the remappal sctrl under state 5900 it's not set up right.

Your character palette is NORMALLY, but not always 0,0 or 1,1 depending on things. In statedef 5900 there should be a

type = remappal
source = 0,0
dest = 0,palno

Or something of the like. If the palettes are listed in the .def file you need to edit it to add the palette keymap (take a look at KFM for this setting) and make sure the remappal is actually in the common1.cns.

The character is for mugen 1.0, the character has it's own common.cns file, but it didn't have the remap so I added it in both as 0,0 and as 1,1 as you stated bro but still nothing??

And I added the palette keymap like how it is for kfm in mugen 1.0 and still nothing??

Is there something else that I'm suppose to be adding or is that it?? Cause I checked other characters that are mugen 1.0 and they don't have a remappal yet they work fine??

Post by: Chimoru on September 07, 2015, 10:40:14 PM: No, she only had one. At the time, I sucked at spriting pretty badly and messed the sprites up so much that you couldn't apply different palettes to her.

BUT!

That reminds me.

fernando678782 fixed the Sff a while back and made new palettes, I just never got around to updating. Or if I did, I forgot. Sorry.

He said it's for Winmugen, but I'm sure it works fine in 1.0 and 1.1
