This would have been released a few days ago but I insisted on making the page for it the way it is, which was not possible due to me leaving for a few days but since I finished it today here we are. Now once a year it appears I port and entire roster of a snes fighter. This year it's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Fighters. Mutant Fighters is th JP version but rebalanced for better or worse(mostly worse). I chose it because any obvious change will be included and selectable in the config. Which basically means I'm doing both versions in one char or something like that.
Before you ask, the other chars obviously aren't out yet thus when you click their picture nothing happens.
