Title: Howard Arena (Thunder and Storm)

Andy's Fatal Fury 3 stage Howard Arena. This pack contains both the Thunder Clouds version and the Storm version. Both stages are basically accurate to the source game. I added in some Zoom Def files for those who want to use the Zoom feature activated, but the Boundhigh is turned off.
