He was a Private Character(made by me) but..w/e
His Sprites(Ripped by me) are from SRW J ive done some sprite editing..
He uses Dan's Voice(he sounds similar to the pilot), i still need more Dan Voice Clips though..

I like this character a lot, however when his chain ball move hits....whats with the screen flashing white? he does that move quite a bit and the corresponding flashes make me feel like im gonna start having seizures. I would reccomend removing the flashes. Other than that, great character man!That is how it is in the game sorry if anyone has a seizure. #:-S
Also i added a better big portrait just now.
If you have the updated you don't have to DL it, its not really importain..

you don't know who's combattler V or voltes
they are anime first after that it's a strategy RPG game ... and some ppl rap it from the the game try to make it an fighting char
