I found the file and the sprites in a cleaning pc.

Fico feliz em ler isso, desisti porque não sei programar um efeito de areia direcionado ~X( (Veja torço, dedos da estatua) Na verdade nem sei se existe como fazer esse efeito no mugen :(|).
