I have noticed this problem in characters with ammo, activating bars, like Duke Nukem's armor, Seanalty's Garrett Laurel gun and zvitor's Spiderman:

whenever, in team battle, when they are not the first member in the team, when they get to fight, they'll have no ammo, in Spider-man case, no web at all, I'd have to use the recharge special.

Can this be fixed, or can I make the web recharge every round?
